Training:
Sociale provides our franchise partners with six days of comprehensive training
at our corporate facility in Minneapolis, MN. Training will be both classroom
and hands-on with Sociale's culinary, retail, and operational team. Sociale
also provides new store development support including:
- Site selection and demographic analysis
- Store design and décor plans
- Streamlined installation of equipment, fixtures and retail merchandise
- Onsite store opening support
- Ongoing R&D test kitchen with unique and regionally tailored menu
- Creative and effective marketing programs and collateral
